I have prayed and meditated about this quite a bit, over the last little while, to see what if anything we are learning about in science pertains to the book of Gensis. And I have come up with many paraelle's between science and the bible!

What Science has learned about the past of the earth-

First life appeared in the oceans. Then sun light broke through the dense clouds of the world, and cynobacteria quickly appeared that used that sunlight to perform photosynthesis, which would start to make a breatheable atmosphere. Then as the earth cooled the waters compressed the crust, forming one land mass, and the waters all around it, shortly after plants started to appear on the land. Then with the cooling of the earth, and the plants clearing up the atmosphere, the skys cleared, and the sun, moon, and stars were all visibile. Then in the cambrien period animal life exploded on to the scene, and science says that every animal speciesis can trace it's origin back to this time period. Then life appeared on the land, first reptiles, then mammals, then the dinasours which developed into birds. Then with the extinction of the dinasours, mammals were able to ascend into the most advance animal species on the earth, which later developed 'Man'!

What the Bible says about the past of the earth-

Day 1-
God's face moved across the waters. God created light.

Day 2-
God created a division between the clouds(the waters above the fairiment) and the oceans(the waters below the fairiment).

Day 3-
God created the dry land in one place, and all the waters gathered into one place, plant life is created on the land in the same day.

Day 4-
God makes(by appointing) the sun, the moon, and the stars to be the guardians of the light, and to be signs, and measuring of time.

Day 5-
God creates Great whales, and every moving creature that hath life, which the waters brought forth abundantly, and the foul that may fly in the air. And God say it was good.

Day 6-
God creates the beast of the field, the creeping thing that creepeth on the earth, and man!

Day 7-
God rests, forms man from the dust of the earth, and breathes into his nostrils the breath of life, making him a living soul!

Looking at the way both happens-

First a life support system is made, the land appears, plant life appears, an atmosphere is formed, and the sun, moon, and stars become visible in both!
Second animal life appears on earth after that, only after the support system occured!
Third human beings form at the end of this process!

First Paraelle between the theory of the formation of the life of earth and the book of genesis- both describe what happened in exact ways!

So if the process they describe in the formation of life of the earth is exact- is there any more evidence in the bible that this is true- lets look at the way bible describes things.

The bible says God created every moving creature that hath life, which the waters brought forth abundantly.

This is describing that God created the animal life that we see today from the oceans. How can I say that- every moving creature that hath life- what animal life today that you have seen doesn't move, and doesn't have life? I don't know of any animal that fits that description! Thus god created all animal life from the oceans!

This is exactly what every man and woman who has studied the cambrien period says- that all the animal life that we see today can trace it's origins back to that period! In a short geological time period hundreds of thousands of types of animal species formed! Nobody in the field can explaind why or how it happened- they just accept it happened! But the bible describes the same event in day 5. I have an explanation- it's god will in the fifth day!

This without any doubt has allowed me to believe in the divine gradtual change from one piece of life to another. God created all animal life from the oceans! It says so in the bible!

Much of the reason that christians through out the world don't believe this, is because Charles Darwin challanged the word of god- when he was actually proving it! With the evidence today- I can say- the fossil records today point to one thing, it says that the bible is correct in the formation of life on our world. So who cares if it took 7- 24 hour days, or 7 unknown lengethed time periods to accomplish! It both says the same thing, in the same way!

However the study of Cave 'Men' is incorrect. They are studying cave apes. It wasn't until the 7th day did God create man, making the human body, and giving it a soul. Africanus Habilis, and Africanus Erectus, and Africanus Sapien, are not man- for they don't have a soul, they are Handy ape, Standing Ape, and Wise Ape, not Handy man, Standing man, and Wise man! Amen!
